I’m Jennifer Rowlands. With over 23 years in the jewellery industry I understand the design process and the manufacturing process.
I believe Hand drawn illustrations are so important to creating a professional and genuine client experience. A drawing has the power to building trust, communicate solutions, provide education, support the craftsman, provides a point of difference and adds so much depth the creation process.
As an educator I’m sharing my tried and tested techniques to help the industry flourish and to help the jewellery industry leverage the art of hand drawn illustrations.

Whether you’re a complete rookie when it comes to orthographic drawing, or have a bit of experience under your belt, our course will take your orthographic drawing skills to the next level. This course is relevant for anyone in the jewellery industry (anyone who has some existing knowledge about the manufacturing process) Jewellery Designer or Jeweller who wants to update or extend their orthographic drawing offering.

Do I need any specific equipment?
As this is specified for jewellery industry members you may already have all the tools required. I believe in using what you have but as dive into my orthographic drawing course you may want to add some tools to your existing tool box to me the process a little easier. A tools list and videos provided.
Isn't there already free tutorials about orthographic drawing?
Yep, you may find some online but I’ve built this course aimed at delivering an efficient, easy to follow orthographic drawing process without the guess work. This is the process I use every day to support industry in my role as a Designer and Illustrator and qualified and experienced Trainer. This is an online course like no other on the market, with a foundation built to cover all learning styles I deliver a course to help you understand the techniques and share skills to help you learn and confidently extend your process and deliver results.
Will I have to complete to work/project to see results?
That’s a hard YES. this course is not a magic bullet, you will need to do the drawing project to put the techniques I share into practice. This course is for jewellery industry members willing to put in work in order to see results.
